The Kreb Cycle Friday Night race series uses Ring Road on the campus of Suffolk Community College in Riverhead. We have circuit races, time trials, points races, and a Team Time Trial. We have A (Category 2-4), B (Category 4-5), or C (Category 5 and one day) races. A race is usually 20 laps, B 15 laps and C 10 laps. Sometimes the races are shortened due to darkness. We usually try to have a longer race around Summer Solstice. The Friday Night Races have been held for 30 plus consecutive years. I think this is the longest running race series in NY State.
